I would like to take a moment to provide you with some important information for exhibitors. If you are not the individual from your office attending the Atlanta NCF, please share this information with the appropriate representative.
- You can check your booth number, change the contact person who receives future emails, and edit your signage any time by logging into community hub where you registered. This must be done for each individual fair that you register for.
- Please review the exhibitor guidelines as you plan your displays for 2018.
- You can reference the 2018 Atlanta NCF webpage for information about parking, directions, hotel, exhibitor set-up times and loading/unloading information. If you have specific questions that are not addressed on the website, please email me.

- LEAD RETRIEVAL
All National College Fairs use lead retrieval technology in the form of a handheld scanner to capture student registration data. Your lead retrieval scanner rental is included in the price of each of your institution’s fair registration. When you check-in at the Exhibitor Lead Retrieval booth on the day of the fair (located near the information booth), our technology representatives will issue your scanner to you. It must be returned at the end of the fair. Student data will be uploaded and available to registered institutions within two days of each fair, using the e-mail address that was used to register for the fair. Registered exhibitors must ensure that e-mail addresses are correct and updated.
Please note: One scanner is issued per booth. If your institution purchased multiple booths, you will be issued one scanner for each booth purchased. If your institution requires scanners in addition to the one-scanner-per booth that is provided and you did not purchase it at the same time as your booth, please email DMT center at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for supporting the National College Fair program! In an effort to reach more families and encourage students to pre-register for the fair, please help us market the NCFs on your school's website and social media accounts. Please include our Facebook Event so that prospective students know you will be at the fair.
See you in Atlanta!
